Do me a favor y’all just go with other provider who are better and have an efficient and quick process on activating or disconnecting your service. Never again…felt bad for a senior who was waiting for hour and had to take her meds in store while the bozos reps acted all busy. Worst of the worst. No humanity is left and sad to see how folks are treating customers like they owned them. No respect for customer.
