I went into upgrade my phone and after me spending over $400 they still wanted to charge me an extra $29.99 to transfer from my old phone to my new phone. They were NOT helpful at all. I will not be returning to that store. I expected way better customer service from Verizon employees.

We came to settle a problem with our bill, and not only could the service person in the store not help, he refused to get us in touch with anyone from billing. He even gave us a disconnected phone number as who to call for billing problems!
