Manager was rude and unfriendly failed to follow Verizon Corporate policy on order pickups, even when we were told by Verizon that all we needed was the order number and the location number and they still failed to release our order even with Verizon Customer Service on speaker phone explaining that corporate policy allowed us to pick up the order as long as we had the order number & location number, even with the email and text message we received from Verizon confirming that we are the account owners & account managers this store still refused to give us our order but I can bet you if we were friends with the employees there they would have given us the other no problem but we weren't so they refused to help us as we were some fraudulent thieves trying to steal something when we have been loyal Verizon customers for a long time.. I will not recommend going to this store at all and I will make sure to let everyone I know not to visit this store..

We went and the broken English associate was extremely rude to my husband & I telling him us different. Horrible customer service not a way to treat customers at all not even helping exploring options horrible skills. Everything is extremely unnecessary!! it is truly a shame that this location is part of the Quarry shopping center. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!
