- ELemorey luna3 days ago1.0Astound is a horrible wifi service never again… they are literally scammers if you are not a customer yet and you see this review I promise you, you’ll have soooooo much trouble with them with your billing literally my bill is supposed to only be $50!!! WiFi for two tvs, two cameras and two lamps that need WiFi! And my bill is coming out to $80!!! Because of a fee and another “extra” fee I started noticing that my bill was always high but I kept looking past it but then I was really looking deep into it yeah no! They are scamming me…. Yall don’t got to believe I’m the type to I’ll see it for myself but I’m telling you before you go to them DO NOT!!!!!! They are horrible. But to each its own. Never again

He walked me through the basics of the app, made sure I was set up and gave me a few tips. We will be asking for Chris next time when we move!!
- NTNayeizha TaneaFeb 11, 20262.0Please beware of the hidden fees. You will be charged a $15 late fee if you paid late. You’ll be charged $50 fee if you have your card locked and payment doesn’t go through. This company is all about money and don’t care about their customers. The deals are only for new customers, contracts last about 2 years and from there you will see increase in your bill. Don’t miss a payment and not enroll in paperless service within 60 days or you won’t get a $10 credit added. It has so many hidden fees and stuff is expensive. They simply don’t care. I wish I could get a new internet company but my apartments are contracted with them. Also can’t move plans either. It is so frustrating.
