Let's start that they will obligate you to use a tech service to come to your apartment just to connect equipment which the customer can do and save 1xx hundre plus for technicians to connect. Their app you bearly can do any self service so you always have to end up long waiting calls to talk to customer service rep. Outages they don't know how to solve issue quickly and can take more than a day and if you work from home will afect you greatly. In addition, when disconnect your service make sure you do it exact your end bill period as you might end up paying for service not used. Lastly they charge you for tech to just connect to receptacle the equipment you can do yourself but they don't have service to return equipment.

My wifi was acting up so I called them in and one of the employees there named Steven came over to get it fixed and he was communicating, helped me right away and didnt leave until he was sure my internet was working.
