When I bought the contract phone, they deliberately hid all the additional terms and fees until after I paid, like squeezing toothpaste bit by bit, just to scam more money out of me! And it gets even worse—when I realized I’d been tricked and went back to return the phone, they came up with every ridiculous excuse in the book: 'The salesperson is on vacation,' 'We can’t reach them,' 'They have to be here in person,' or else they’d charge me even more! What kind of robber logic is that? It’s their fault, but they make the customer pay for it! I had to fight with them for hours just to get the return processed, and then what? The next month, I still got a bill demanding I pay the activation fee! This is nothing but outright fraud! Verizon is a complete scam of a company, using dirty tricks to squeeze every penny out of customers! I’m warning everyone: STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE unless you want to be ripped off and treated like garbage! A company this rotten deserves to go out of business!"

But OH No! Nothing was done except the purchase of the Wi-Fi box and it wasn’t ready to be picked up!!!😡 I was very disappointed and rude. Angel got the wrath of my disappointment. Angel you need an award for customer service, you were calm and sweet even though I was fuming. I apologize so much to you. I will alway come into the store and ask for you, Angel 😇
