Received another text saying my appointment was going to start in so many minutes and check in. They had my account number and phone number. What they didn’t have was the common courtesy to notify me that they don’t carry remotes at that particular location. My husband went there only to find this out which wasted about a half hour. The individual he spoke to said he didn’t know which stores carried them but to call around. Good luck with that because the only phone number listed for all locations is the one and only 1-800. Sad, sad service.
