    The guy in the back sitting down could try and help the staff who are obviously having issues with customer request; while there are at least 5 other customers waiting. Instead, he sits and talks on the phone…. While customers just wait…. No regard for customer service. We walked out. Do better.

    As a Comcast business customer, I recently attempted to upgrade my phone. After spending over 30 minutes with a representative comparing the features of the iPhone 17 and 16, we decided on the 17. However, after waiting another 30 minutes for the representative to retrieve the phone, he returned to inform me that they did not have it in stock. It is disappointing that their business operations do not include the ability to check stock availability in their software. This is not the first time this has happened, it is actually the second occurrence.

    They charged me for a whole month when I made the change on the last day of that month. I went in to resolve the issue and thought it would be very simple. Nope!!! When I tried to explain it to the associate, he didn’t understand. At that point the manager jumped in telling me I was being rude to the associate. I explained the issue to the manager and he went to the back corner and got on the phone with customer service realizing it was their fault. He was speaking with them in a very low voice so I would be able to hear him. I went and sat right next to him so I could get an update. He lowered his voice even more so I would understand what they were talking about. After about an hour, they couldn’t resolve my issue so I left. This whole time my 4-year old was with me. I really don’t like this company and wish I could sue my county because they allowed for this monopoly.
