    I had a very disappointing experience at the Verizon store. I visited the store due to an issue, but the sales associate behaved very rudely. He told me that since I had returned my device, I was no longer a Verizon customer and that no help could be provided. He asked me to call customer care There was also a female associate named Angie who behaved extremely rudely with customers. When I asked for an email address to submit a complaint, she refused to provide it and said it was against their policy to share any details, Her tone was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Later, a senior manager named Aubrey spoke with me. Although he said they could not provide any details, he spoke politely and professionally. However, the other assistants continued to show angry and rude behavior. I was very disappointed by this experience at the Verizon store located at 10203 W Grand Pkwy S, Suite ___. Customer service needs serious improvement. Even if there is no solution available, customers should at least be treated with respect, spoken to politely, and given clear and honest information.

    The establishment was clean, and tidy. We were greeted at the door by Luis who has exceptional customer service and excellent knowledge about Verizon and the phones they sell. They were honest and transparent during the transaction and I would definitely go back again. He wasn’t pushy about the promos or other extra things Verizon offers, like other reps I’ve interacted with. He was kind, knowledgeable, and friendly.
