I went to get a phone through my business account and was promised that my account would be credited for the following bill If I would continue with the contract. I agreed, I called to try to get the credits that I promised and the manager Daniel Assisted me and told me he were going to apply the credits and that it would take 24 hours for them to be applied. Long story short, they never gave me the credit, never tried to apply the credit, he refuse to give me The sales person name who assisted me to buy the phone and promised me the credit And now Refuses to give me my credit that I was promised! Not only will this affect my business account, but it affects the business that I do on a daily. I would just like to spread the awareness please do not go here. They don’t value their customers! Big No *follow up….I spoke with corporate and was told that Daniel never applied the credits I was promised. Corporate is making sure I get the service I was promised 🤗
