- SDS Diaz1 day ago1.0DO NOT USE THIS STORE. The store manager Johnaten is extremely deceiving and will lie to your face in order to get a sale. We went in looking to transition my mom’s internet and home phone services from ATT to Xfinity. Our in-store experience seemed fine but it led to weeks of phone calls between Xfinity & ATT customer service to properly transition and activate services. We probably called 25+ times over 4wks. We were also offered a 30 day promotion trial on the mobile services which I was very leery of and cancelled within 30 days after never using only to receive charge and find out they’d activated a 1yr promotional line with my credit card.

Instead, I’ve been billed $80 for this so called “promotion.” On top of that, he accessed my Verizon personal account without my permission, which I found very unprofessional and concerning. The overall staff also seemed inexperienced and unprepared. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this store.
