Tight parking spots.. even with a compact car. 1 entrance into shopping center from store, off beltway 8 feeder, and if you miss it, you'll travel a 1/2 mile flip to try again. Not to mention the crowded and dangerous 1 lane exit back on to the feeder.

Unprofessional and did a terrible job in explaining to us. He told us our T-Mobile account would be terminated once we switch over to Xfinity Mobile. For 2 months we had the extra 2 lines left on T-Mobile and still being charged. I had told him if I should go to T-Mobile to make sure and he said that we were good.
