Her attitude was very clear she was not interested in helping me and when I told her I thought I was eligible for a free upgrade she was very quick to respond that I would have to pay for taxes and I may not be eligible. She would have to check my plan. When I told her I had spoken to someone else a few weeks ago she said I was not eligible and that I would have to purchase a new phone. I just told her never mind and walked out. I will not use the Verizon store in Palestine Texas again. The staff is very unfriendly!!!!!!!!
