From the moment I walked in, not a single person greeted me. One gentleman looked at me as if I was lost or didn’t belong there. Two others, who appeared to be managers, were standing together and didn’t acknowledge me at all. Another employee walked right past me from the back and said nothing. I stood there for five full minutes—no welcome, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. It wasn’t until I looked down at my watch, clearly frustrated, that the last gentleman finally approached and asked if I had been helped. I told him, “No, I haven’t been helped, nor have I even been greeted.” Customer service matters—especially at a brand like Verizon. This store failed miserably, and I won’t be returning to this location.
