- TRTiktalk RandomOct 16, 20241.0I sat in the store for 30 minutes and watched 3 people come in after me and get assisted before me. I can see why this store has a 3 star rating and what makes this even worse.. It's a corporate store.
- KEKayla EbertNov 11, 20231.0This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. I received a promotion by text back in the summer and decided to upgrade my husband by adding him to my line. Thinking that it was a good decision- Well. It has been a disaster. I was paying $120 for my line with hot spot, my watch, Hulu and Disney. Promotion said get a phone added for free basically. Mind you my phone was paid off. Dustin says well if you upgrade when we buy your phone, mind you was completely paid off- then it basically covers your new phone like you don’t have to worry about finances on the new one. Ok. I said my bill is $120 at the moment and I do not want to pay more then $160 for my bill- well then I get taxes on the new phones which he told me I could call and threaten to cut service and they would wave that fee- lie. Next he said my bill wouldn’t be more then the $165- well the last 3 months it’s been over $200. I was completely lied to. Then Ash- tried to “help” but only got frustrated by explaining to me everything I already knew. I’ve already called customer service and visited them 3 times to try to find a way to lower my bill. Total scam. They said well you can go some where else if you want but you still owe Verizon $1400 for your phones… but wait- my phone was paid off and you told me that it covered my new one? So how am I now financially responsible for 2 phones! I get it? The one I added. Ok. But my phone should have been completely free because it paid off my new one. Also it changed my plan so I don’t get Hulu or Disney or Apple Music anymore- completely bald faced lied, even when I asked questions to make sure I wasn’t getting screwed. Now, I’m stuck for 3 years paying off phones that I shouldn’t be and I am so disappointed in the humanity of these guys. Not just disappointed but disgusted. I will suffer the 3 years in my phone contract but I can tell you as soon as I’m done I will NEVER EVER have phone service with them.
