I still need up with the color watch I didn't want because it's such a hassle to fix. Verizon has gotten too big to have good service. Anyone you speak to on the phone barely speaks English so they don't understand what you're telling them. When I used the "business card" I was given for the rep at the local store she referred me back to customer service who once again couldn't comprehend my issue. Just a huge company trying to make more money now. Think I'll switch to Google everything in the future. Cheaper, better signal strength and customer service has been recommended by more than one friend...just fyi!
