    This Verizon store STEALS trade-ins. Fair warning to all. My daughter goes in to this store and turned her old phone in as a trade in for a $830 credit which she was entitled to a receipt to prove that it's been turned in. "Mr. Juan" who refused to give a last name, said with an attitude that he could not give a receipt and it was emailed. She asked which email was it sent because nothing came through. He said he can't tell her which email address and there is nothing he can do. She walked out and calls me. I doubled check all emails again and nothing. I told he to go back in and let me speak to the manager for confirmation. "Mr. Juan still rude and talking over me, said the same thing but kicked my daughter out of the store. I asked my daughter to call the police department because this is classical theft. I called Verison customer care and she didn't see anything in the system until about the end of the conversation, when she said some changes were being made. This was the credit we needed. However it occurred way after my daughter was kicked out and coincided with when the officer arrived to question the store. "Mr. Juan" suddenly was able to show that the credit was given and even the officer was side eyeing him. Later I got a call from the district manager Mr. Fabian Ramos about the issue and was straight up defending "Mr. Juan" without listening to me trying to explain the time stamps of the credit occurring after we escalated tge situation. Mr. Ramos was not hearing anything about the possibility of theft. He said he knew him very well and trusted him over Verizon's time stamps. I politely thanked him and ended in disagreement. He called me back again and said if I see activity on my Verizon account, it's him changing things or looking at things like time stamps of the credit. It was weird to me that he wanted me to desperatly believe that nothing was happening and that all was good. I told him that I think he was probably in on the theft because he is going into my account and initialy defending Juan without hearing the evidence I had from the Verizon client service rep. So I emailed corporate and let them know all the occurrences. Now I am telling you the readers as well to be mindful. Imagine. if true, how many $830 trade in phones go missing and people don't notice that their bill is $23.06 more than it should be ($830 ÷ 36 months = $23.06 monthly credit over the 3 year contract). My daughter was also told by Verizon client care over the phone that they see a lot of issues with that store. If enough people share their good and bad experiences, we can make up our minds where to spend our hard earned money.

    I have to give a shout out to a particular gentleman that works at this location. Nate is extremely helpful, patient, and truly cares about his customer’s happiness. He has helped me numerous times and is always extremely helpful and kind.
