- JSJohn SmithJun 24, 20241.0Don't recommend. I came here to change my pin because I lost my phone and no regular Verizon store will do it only a corporate store. It so happened that I was also having issues with my home internet provider. They start selling me a deal with a gateway home internet with an awesome discount!!! And if I wasn't happy it's easy to cancel. NOT! It didn't work I had to call Verizon customer service on the phone to request a return kit! You can't take it to the store you got it from, were the guy said it was easy to cancel, because Verizon won't give you credit, and will charge $300 for not returning the equipment. I had to inconveniently print the label at a library because they did give me one with the return kit Because without it UPS won't ship it back. At the end I still got charged $300 because they couldn't find it in their warehouse once they did after giving them the tracking number three times, they found it. They wouldn't refund me my money they gave me credit, so for 2 months I didn't have to pay my wireless bill. Awful experience because of this store.
