    Service has continued to get worse at the Lake Jackson store # 53018. It was so fast and convenient for me to stop in and pay my bill. But the last 3 months something changed. It doesn't matter if I'm 2nd in line or like today 7th in line, my wait time was ridiculous. I watched as people came in after us, now 10 customers waiting, and went straight to any employee and received more attention. The workers used to be able to take my payment at their station. Now we go back to a small table for this simple transaction and have to squeeze around the customer sitting at this table to use my credit card. They're always training potential employees, which takes up more time. It's all so frustrating. Such a big issue at this Lake Jackson store is not the employees fault. This is a direct result of poor management.

    The absolute worst experience ever! Amber assistant mgr sold me a new plan and phone upgrade. I spent four hours in the store while she did this!!! And of course the billing errors began. I went back and was greeted with a blank look and told to wait for the cycle to complete. No sorry let me take a look and see what I can do...just a I don't care attitude. Of course I was overbilled twice!!! I went back yesterday to get help suddenly she was out to lunch, when I asked for a manager I was told she was out to lunch. There were about four employees all hanging out in the back room not out in the showroom. Amber suddenly appeared with the same empty not caring attitude and looked at my account and said I was still being billed for a line I didn't have anymore, but I would have to call customer service myself AGAIN and deal with it MYSELF. No offer to get help with the problem, just nonresponsive to my questions. As she claimed to be doing a ticket to request a credit that she said they would ignore she was also scanning her cellphone simultaneously! Seriously?? I could go on but let's get to when she calls the manager to find out when she would be back from lunch "because she's gonna need her to get back here to deal with this, meaning ME. Kathy (I think) comes right in from the back room with the same attitude of "you're the problem lady" no polish you would expect from a manager, no can do take charge...nope a silent attitude of we don't care and we aren't going to figure this out. Amber announces she's going to lunch and walks off. Now I ask the manager to look at the screen and see what Amber found out or what's going on. She refused to do that and said "why" you have to call customer service and tell them the problem yourself. (She too was playing with her cellphone and scanning social media while I'm talking to her!!!) I said I have done that and it's not getting fixed. She took my phone, dialed customer service and waited for them to pk up and told me to talk to them...now I'm angry and said no I need you to help me! She actually put fingers in my face and told me to leave the store or she was calling the police!! What in God's name has happened to the world. This isn't management material. If you don't like your job then look for something else but we expect better from Xfinity. P.S. I did leave the store and sat for one hour out front on the phone with customer service who again claim they will fix the billing issue . *Never once did I use a "cuss" word as Kathy tried to accuse me of, angry Yes, out of control No. I am a retired professional that would never treat customers the way they do at this location. And BTW it's also a bad look for employees to be sitting on the stoop smoking. Grow up people take pride in yourself and your future . I can only imagine the blank unhappy posture is because they must deal with unhappy customers regularly, if they took more interest in the job and were more careful how they handled transactions maybe we wouldn't have the complaints.     I’m sorry but their customer support line hanging up on me repeatedly is just ridiculous. It’s like they’re doing everything they can to make me drive a long way to the physical store that so far hasn’t taken care of the phone issues I’ve been having. I might update my rating later but now it’s no better than a 1 star.
