Verizon got too expensive for me a 65 year old senior citizen, and a military veteran had been charging me $150+ dollars a month for years, and throughout 10 years they knew i was both a Army veteran and senior citizen. 🥲 I was issued a newer phone from a promotional deal for $35? But, due to a serious (senior 6 consecutive fall) injury, I was unable to activate it (for yet an additional $35). I have been unable to drive for 6+ months. When my daughter was assisting me, she found out how much I was paying Verizon, whose employees knew I was a veteran and a senior citizen. My daughter found out what it was being charged had me change to her carrier to T-Mobile and I am now paying $40 a month. Then this past Sunday, 15 December 2024 Verizon took it upon themselves to remove $700 out of my bank account without my knowledge or notifying me for not returning their unactivated phone after T-Mobile activated my new phone. 5 Stars to: On 16 December 2024, Monday my daughter was able to drive me after my physical therapy appointment, then a different hospital appointment to This particular Verizon Store, which is an actual TRUE, REAL VERIZON Store, and was able to help me return it and made sure I took it to the FedEx store right away right nextdoor to them; unlike the privately owned Verizon's, which refused to help me, becausethey were unable to. Hopefully, I will get my $700 returned to me as quickly as they swiped it, took it, removed it from my checking account. Otherwise, I will miss several auto-pay bills due to insufficient funds this month. Hopefully, my CHRISTmas will be blessed in this manner quickly.

Once I finally got someone to pay attention to me instead of how their weekend was with each other, they wanted me to reactivate the equipment and deactivate the equipment I got shipped to me so they could examine the equipment. I walked out and shipped my equipment back instead. Will not be back to this location. Enjoy your weekend,

They didn’t assist the just insisted that I call customer service. After being threatened with the police I went to the cove store (not a corporate store) they informed me that once I left the Killeen store had my account flagged for fraud. (Nothing was fraudulent) it took a while but they fixed everything I left out of there happy with 3 new phones. Moral of the story AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST
