Rafael, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service Experience with Xfinity
I had a great experience with the Xfinity representative. They were extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure my issue was fully resolved.
The service was quick, smooth, and stress-free. I truly appreciate the representative’s dedication and friendly attitude. This level of customer service makes a big difference, and I’m very satisfied with the support I received from Xfinity.

Chris and Yvette at the Bunker Hill /Memorial City Location took Care of me yalll!!!!! I got a new phone and they set me up with all of the accessories . They were professional and funny too. Give them a raise Xfinity!!!!

I went to this location on the 18th to pre order the new iPhone, I was told to come back the next day (19th) I was later informed that the DM instructed the staff that if I was not getting a new line they could not offer me the new iPhone, even though I have been with Xfinity Mobile since the beginning, I was very disappointed with this decision. Shame on you DM this is not good business and I will never utilize your store ever again. You should be ashamed of yourself for denying a loyal customer.
