No matter what I need, the staff in the store has been honest, eager to help and very accommodating. Elizabeth helped me upgrade to a 16 pro max. She even recognized when there was a problem transferring my data , and handled it flawlessly. Oscar, the manager has been extremely helpful as well. Chris and Quianti have been very helpful as well. Overall, the experience in this store has been great. I would strongly recommend coming here. In a time when every little change you make to a phone account seems to be filled with time-consuming hassle and complications this store has managed to make it surprisingly simple. Come here with confidence that you’ll be taken care of.

- RMRicardo MolinaOct 14, 20221.0terrible, the techs don't know anything just want to blame Apple and says its Apples fault. we went 3 times in 1 day to resolve and at end of day it was a faulty SIM card which is what I told them was the problem and was told oh no way. those things don't break or go bad. Also Manager and employees standing around doing nothing while customers are waiting to be helped. each time was average wait time of 25-30 minutes to be helped and 30 more minutes for poor service. SAD brand new phone and they could care less. Should have stayed with ATT
