    Comcast Business keeps increasing non-government “fees” every few months. My Directory Listing fee and Voice Network Investment fee went from $5 to $8 to $11 without my consent. They also told me the Directory Listing fee cannot be removed, even though I do NOT need my number published. Pricing is not transparent, customer service gives different answers, and long contracts make it hard to leave. Small business owners deserve honest, stable pricing — not surprise charges hidden in fine print.

    Today I came to this place to add a new line to my account. Waited for over 1hr and when it was my turn the rep told me that she was going to take a gentleman that showed up 30 min after me, (he did not have an appointment). if you want the worst service come to this place. you don’t treat customers like this!!! I’m seriously considering moving my phone lines elsewhere!. XFINITY DO BETTER!!

    Nice staff but, the wait time is too long due to many customers complaing or returning equipment because of Xfinity extra high pricing structure and poor service with frequent outages.

    I had a great experience at Xfinity today. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he’ll definitely know who he is. I was greeted immediately when I walked in, and after explaining what I needed, he quickly got me set up with home internet. He went over the current promotions, but respected that I only needed internet service. The entire process took about 15 minutes, and I left with the modem and clear instructions to set everything up at home. I was a little hesitant at first, but he reassured me it was very easy and even offered to walk me through it over the phone if I needed help. Overall, the experience was quick, easy, and stress-free. The staff was very helpful, and customer service was excellent. Highly recommend! Thank you!!!

    My husband went to this store to get the I Phone 17 deals, me and my daughter did trade ins, and he got the I phone air, we were told that his phone would only be $4 more since he didn’t do a trade in and ours wouldn’t be any charge, we paid taxes and fees up front on 3 phones. They let us know we could get insurance through them vs apple when he gave the price I let him know that that was kinda expensive, he assured me I could change it for a lower cost insurance after the credits fall off, by the way watches were added to the account, that we did not want but were told that that would fall off also, which they eventually did but we still got charged for insurance for the watch witch we didn’t even order. In this time I did have questions, I have 3 young men’s cell phone numbers who let me know if I needed anything to let them know, they let me know of what they were fixing on the account that never happened, and of course eventually they completely stopped responding to my messages. We went from a $77 a month bill to now $156 a month, I went in today to find out about the charge for my husband’s phone and the insurance and was basically told it’s only one price my only option is to cancel it, I called apple they said it’s too late to add it through them, and my husband’s phones is $40 something a month, we would have done better going with a different carrier, the only deal we got were LIES and a higher phone bill. I do not recommend this location
