Customer service (Help line) and staff make things difficult for no reason, and if you cancel before collecting your information on the app the app basically deactivates everything and you can’t get anything AT ALL. Save yourself time and money and go for atnt, atleast they’re system is less of a hassle and you don’t have to deal with people who clearly don’t know what there doing.
