When I got to the other store which was 30 mins away they informed me that they could have done it easily but that they just lied instead because they are lazy (their words not mine)

First off I talked to Emily about my problem and for 10 mins she didn't say anything. I didn't know what she was doing I didn't know what she saw I didn't know anything. While I'm waiting for her I see either Veronica or Victoria being rude to 2 customers that came in. Everyone in their working are not pleasant and antisocial and that's just saying the least. I came a didn't even get my issue resolved I was told to call customer service and too look up the number. So you mean Emily couldn't call and speak to them about my issue and help me resolve it I wasn't given any solutions to solve my problem worst customer service ever
