The person that helped me didn’t seem knowledgeable nor did he do what I asked, which was to cancel my plan. I called to check if my plan had been canceled and from what I was told, my plan was still active. They increased my internet speed which made my bill go up even more and none of this was approved by me.

When I got to the other store which was 30 mins away they informed me that they could have done it easily but that they just lied instead because they are lazy (their words not mine)
