When I purchased my iPhone 16 Pro Max and transferred my line to Xfinity, I was offered two promotions since I was already an internet subscriber: 1 year free line and $400 off the device. The free line was applied, but the $400 discount has still not been applied, even after 3 months. I have visited other Xfinity stores as I was out of town around 4 times, filed online complaints, and even returned multiple times to the original store where I purchased the phone. Initially, I was told “it will be applied next month,” but it never was. On my third and fourth visits, they submitted complaints, but nothing was resolved. Finally, I was told to go back to the same store of purchase. I went there 3 times, explained everything, and while they admitted it was their mistake, they still refused to apply the $400 discount. The manager also refused to speak with me, which shows a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. After wasting so much time, energy, and patience, my issue remains unresolved. Very disappointed with Xfinity’s customer service and broken promises. If you are offered a promotion, be very careful, because they do not honor their own commitments.
