    Tried to get some help with my issue, and the lady Azip, who works there in that location was very rude. At the end she told me that I am asking too many questions and told me if I don’t like something, I can leave. Management, please talk to your staff and explain that they need to provide better service or at least be polite with the customers

    Why have they not fired the manager who only says no to everything. Is this why they got a store to say no. He’s slow, not motivated to look in to solving any issue. After waiting for 30min standing in void all he did was refuse to every question. If phone service is unable to resolve my issue in 24hrs I will away the account 3 lines, internet, streaming service to some place who knows how to deal with customers

    Inexistent customer service. Employees act like they’re working for free — absolutely no care for the customers. The manager, Juan, is completely unable to help with anything. They tell you one thing just to get you to swap lines, and then overcharge you afterward. Totally unprofessional and dishonest experience.
