    As usual the store was very crowded and service was very slow. This was to replace a failed box and it took almost 45 minutes to get it done

    Alex made my visit exceptional. His hospitality and commitment to giving great service clearly shows. The constant reassurance and support he gave me throughout the process was amazing. It’s was extremely busy but that did not stop him from resolving my issue and helping his teammates. Don’t think I didn’t notice Alex how your crew came to you for help when they were in a situation. You are superb At what you do. Thank you!

    I’ve been a customer for three years never had any problem until yesterday October the 19th. Yesterday they lost a customer due to the representative Jordan lacking professionalism and the ability to do his job. Prior to mishandling me they were quite rude and defensive to an elderly woman whose primary language is mandarin. She was simply trying to pay a bill that wasn’t in her name yet she had been paying all along. Instead of calmly utilizing their problem solution/ customer retention skills by finding a resolve for the customer she walked away angry and confused. The store wasn’t busy at all but they were handling customers as if they were displeased and too busy to properly do their jobs. There were three representatives on duty a cop and a greeter. For some odd reason they had the greeter behind the counter assisting the customer flustered because he didn’t have the proper skill set to handle her concern. They proceeded to mishandle me and I was asked to leave with no resolve. I simply wanted to know why my bill jumped exponentially and even he was confused. Every question I asked he had no answer so much so that a customer interjected and taught me something that I was seeking from the rep. His exact response was “ oh wow I didn’t even know that.” It’s his job to know or direct me to someone who does know. He used his personal offense in a professional setting when handling my account which eventually led to me being asked to leave. I pay almost six hundred dollars a month to this company and to be treated so unprofessionally while doing so they’ll never have to worry about me paying them another red penny. Worst store to go to if the manager I believe his name is Justin isn’t on duty. He’s usually very outgoing kind and professional! Great manager and store when he’s on duty but when he’s not the order of operations and professionalism goes out the window as if they haven’t been properly trained.

    Maria has an attitude & kept walking up interrupting me & the lady that was assisting me so she could ask her questions about an issue she was having with a customer she was helping. How rude ... At least she could've said excuse me to me for keep interrupting when I had already been there a little minute patiently waiting for my turn. Disgusting.. But 2 stars because the lady that helped me was ok
