    Me and my dad had one of the best customer service experiences ever at the Xfinity Store in Sawyer Heights. From the moment we walked in, Caleb and Emma took amazing care of us. They were friendly, patient, and truly went above and beyond to help with everything we needed. Caleb made the entire process super smooth, explaining every detail clearly and making sure we understood all our options. Emma was just as incredible—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. You can tell they both care about their customers and take pride in their work. It’s rare to get service this good nowadays, but Sawyer Heights Xfinity delivered. If you need anything done with your Xfinity account or devices, go see Caleb and Emma. They deserve all the praise. Highly recommend this location!

    Kaleb and Jesus did an amazing Job at helping me today. It’s my first time applying to get WiFi for my apartment. This is a new experience for me, so they really explained everything to me and guided me through the process. They have really good deals, and work with you. I’ve never had any issues with the consistency of the internet. I think you should definitely try it. 🤭🫶🏻

    Recently visited this location and was presented with nothing but GOOD VIBES!!! The customer service reps were attentive and pleasant to work with. They checked me in and made sure that my issues and questions were resolved. Caleb and Nicholas will continue to get my business! I’ll definitely be returning for the customer service and their song selections! Five Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Just had an amazing experience with phone upgrades at this location!!! After multiple attempts over the phone with customer service, the in-person team at this location made it happen successfully and quickly!!! Jesse was great to work our issues with Nick consulting. Don helped with final setup and Jay B. kindly installed accessories. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable!!! My husband and I are ecstatic!!! Thank you all!!!

    Extremely disappointing experience with this Xfinity location. When I first signed up for Internet, the representative did not clearly explain the plan and added several services I never requested, including an outdoor camera on installments, Latino TV, and Smart Home. I only wanted Internet service NOTHING else. I noticed the problem on my very first statement, when I saw charges for services I had never requested, including a camera I never even received. I went to the store and spoke with the Assistant Manager to file a formal complaint, and he assured me it would be resolved. However, nothing was fixed, and I continued being charged for those same services. After that, I decided to handle everything over the phone, but it took three separate calls and hours on hold trying to correct something that was never my fault. Even after all of that, I was billed again. I’m attaching screenshots of my bills and account summaries that clearly show the unauthorized charges and the dates they were added and canceled. This entire experience was exhausting, frustrating, and completely unfair. It’s unacceptable that Xfinity allows employees to add services without the customer’s consent and then charges cancellation fees when you try to remove them. In the end, the issue was finally resolved, but only after a lot of calls, effort, and persistence. It should never take this much insistence for a company to fix their own mistake.
