We walked in we where treated at the door at that point I knew we where in the wright place. We where seated for a brief minute. A salesman walked up. He introduced his self as Fidel he made sure we left happy. Great place.

- MRMohammed RadwanOct 18, 20251.0I went to xfinity store today to return my phone equipment after upgrading my phone. I spoke to Carlos and he refused to assist me. He said we don’t ship back phones then when I got upset he agreed to take it and said we don’t guarantee if anything happen to phone when the ship it back and refused to even give me a receipt to acknowledge they received it so I decided to leave since I couldn’t trust the store and decided to ship it back myself. I asked for a manager and he said they don’t have one available then I asked for any manager and he said you have to wait 30 minutes because he’s on break. It was a bad experience and would give them a zero rating if possible. This is not how you wanna win a new customer who just got 2 new iPhones and have internet service with you. Don’t waste your time going there. They simply can’t handle a simple request by customer. I will be calling corporate on Monday and they might train their staff better. Most of the store is full of unprofessional sales people.
