Xfinity charged my Mom over $150 worth of reactivation fees due to the incompetence of proper noting her account of previous transactions/ charges/ fees on her account , even after speaking with a supervisor and having the mistakes resolved. Now a month later, the new charges on my Mom account adds up to the exact amount of the credit she was given last month. Spectrum here we come !!!!!!!
