Spent like 2 hour yesterday on the automated chat trying to set an appointment to fix my wifi and the chat bot or what ever it is kept telling me 'nothing is wrong' and my wifi is not popping up at all or connecting on any devices. Tried to call here for some help and got the same 'chat with the assistant it can help you more than we can' and obviously it didn't. People are unprofessional and not willing to help. Just like the ' Xfinity Assistant' in the app.
