- JGJamisha Gross4 days ago1.0I been with Xfinity since 2016 and I am consider a platinum Customer. Unfortunately, they don't value you as a customer. My bill increased dramatically from 120 dollars to 260 dollars , and there reason is I went over my gigs and charged me 10 dollars for each 50 GB and if you go over and they claim they will not charge exceeding a total of 100 dollars in a month. They charge you a car note just for internet 260 for one month. If you call for them to even consider waving anything at least 10 dollars you get the run around from person to person explaining yourself over and over and they do nothing. I am complaining about the company not the store but they won't allow you to just select the company unfortunately. It's out rages the charges for just internet.

They claimed I went over my gigs for the month that is the reason I was charged an additional 140 dollars for November bill. I also paid 190 dollars for October bill when I was supposed to have a plan with unlimited.I only have internet with Xfinity and I have been with them since 2016. They would not even discount or give any credits for being a platinum customer. If you want to pay a car note for just internet go ahead and get Xfinity for your internet provider. Then if you call you will get passed around person to person and repeat your self over and over again. Only to not get any credits or real empathy only a sorry and an explanation to why your bill was high.

I spoke with 6 different people in 2 weeks and basically on the phone for 30 minutes at a time. 1 lady kept moaning and groaning saying her leg was hurting and 1 guy kept asking me questions about services like I'm the technician. Xfinity do better
