Someone else came in after me and was helped immediately. I don’t mind waiting my turn, the lack of customer service lead me to leaving the store and with no items.

There is clearly a system issue with Verizon on my business account which they are unable to figure out. I said "I really need to leave" and Maria's response was "then leave" under her breathe as she walked away. This was a very unprofessional experience.

Had to escalate to the CEO but then nothing happened. Only 1 sales rep knew what was going on but even he got blocked by the absurdity of ridiculously poor customer service. I am trying with AT & T now.
