    I had damaged my phone and needed assistance with ordering a replacement and the staff use the "conversion" excuse not to assist you and push you off to the customer service line as soon as they know you are not replacing jt with an upgrade to make the sale. At least three available and not one willing to assist. I don't own a computer or a second device and was in the area and figured I would get the assistance I would get in the past. Nope! Worse, when I got my replacement the same people who were there on my first visit were there on my second visit and they still refused to assist me with their lame excuses again but the same young man who did all the talking, only cared to know if I paid the deductible. SMH! Seriously! It was the worse service I have ever received from Verizon. I love to brag about the connection and speed despite what I pay but I was ready to drop them for the lack of friendliness and lack, LACK OF WILLNGNESS, to help someone in need. Know this, they are not obligated to help you if it does not involve a sale. I still have Verizon only due to the fact the "tech coach" team assisted me. It took three and about half a day because it was too much trouble to help me in person and probably would have gotten it done quicker. We will never know. All the people I shared my experience with were shocked as to bad service I received. Told me to move to another provider. If it wasn't for the one tech coach who showed the patience to get me through what might have been a unique situation I would have gone elsewhere. They have me for now but still have me only because of Mark, Eric and Jaylin of the tech coach team. One other young man Daniel I think gave me outstanding service as well at another smaller location. Kudos to these four individuals. Sadly, due to this horrible experience I will be leaving Verizon soon. With what I pay I expected much more and didn't get it. It was unfortunate too that I found out after the fact, an Assurion office is located in Edingburgh and McAllen and the staff didn't share this with me. It also left me wondering why they have two nearly in the same area and not one in this area. Yeah, Verizon dropped the ball with me and I am sharing my experience with who ever is willing to listen and steering them away.

    Really helpful. Stephanie, the manager helped resolve a billing problem that both a call and a chat via Verizon app didn't get resolved.
