- VBVictor Henry Allais BernalOct 7, 20241.0Simply disappointed with this company, she gets home a promoter took her internet plan which does not comply with the speed offered then canceled the subscription to the week, they took more than a month to send the equipment return kit and now as the equipment does not appear to them I have been more than three months trying to eliminate the bill of $228 that they charged me and they do not solve it, today the only option they give me is that I manage with CBE group which is an account recovery company. Is it that I didn't send your equipment? Irresponsible is the only word I give to its management. Verizon cannot track the very label that they send that company disaster. Simplemente decepcionado de esta empresa, llega a casa una promotora tomó su plan de internet el cual no cumple con la velocidad ofrecida luego cancele la suscripción a la semana, demoraron más de un mes para enviar kit de devolución de equipo y ahora como a ellos no les aparece el equipo llevo más de tres meses tratando de eliminar el bill de 228$ que me cargaron y no lo resuelven, hoy la única opción que me dan es que me las arregle con CBE grup que es una compañía de recuperación de cuentas. Es que acaso yo no envié su equipo? Irresponsables es la única palabra que doy a su gestión. Verizon no puede rastrear la propia etiqueta que envían que desastre de empresa .

I was escorted to the restroom and escorted out. No one even asked if I was ok. Fyi I am a verizon customer, for now. The store had NO customer inside.
