She was very rude disrespectful and unprofessional towards me. If you cannot perform simple respectful helping customer service you should find a different career. She had the worst nastiest attitude. If you guys want to keep your customers get rid of her. She’s making the store miss out on money as I was asked to leave and trespassed. All I was trying to do was make a payment which I’ve done there twice before with cash.. all of a sudden she says they never take cash a a form of payment which is a lie. How do you trespass a whole freaking paying customer who has services with your Employer aka Xfinity… I know Xfinity is better than this and she does not represent your company in a great manner. - BSBarry SewalNov 23, 20255.0ASK FOR CHEALSI!! I visited the store a few weeks ago and mentioned the awful experiences I had with phone calls to Xfinity. They actually for whatever reason cancelled my cell number after having it for 45 years…. Then when I called yet again were not able to get it back for me,,,, 2 hours on the call. CHEALSI got my number back in 10 minutes…! Plus noticed I was paying for a land line that I did not have! BLESS HER!❤️❤️❤️❤️
- QBQueen BMoNov 14, 20251.0This place was extremely unprofessional and ghetto. There was no greeting as I entered, the workers did not acknowledge me until after I made my way to someone’s desk. Then It was only a greeting, after I waited until somebody was ready for the next customer. I explained what was bringing me in store. I also explained how I was at the league city location (which I LOVE) earlier in the day and they notated my account for my current issue. After the lady scrunched up her face at me and immediately was going to turn me away without even looking my account up, I explained it was indeed an adventurous day with my equipment. She suggested she call the manager since she wasn’t sure how to handle my situation. While on the phone with the manager they were very loud and unprofessional. He stated he was coming back to the store after he finished smoking and did not want to speak with me. As I walked out he was smoking with another employee right outside the door. This was a terrible experience and very distasteful customer service. I will NOT be returning to this location.
