They gave me the watch later on find out that I was been charged for the watch + 2 extra line of $20 + insurance for the watch and the phone I was never asked about all this stuff . I will be moving my home and cellphones services away from xfinity

They couldn't give me a new cable box because "their system hasn't allowed them to scan out equipment in weeks"!. If this has been constantly happening, the issue should of been addressed and fixed. This is my second visit to this location and this first time wasn't any better.

I was trying to get my numbers switched between my devices and waited for an entire hour for them not to know how to do it. Everything is “contact customer service”. The young lady kept trying to sell me an iPad and Apple watch device, but didn’t help me with anything I asked. It’s such a big waste of time!!! I’m going to switch to another internet/mobile Provider. They also NEVER answer the phone.
