    Xfinity doesn't have any control on their IT systems on managing Customer's data and Accounts. I moved the address when I had Xfinity Mobile with Apple Watch and Internet, Xfinity systems created a different account with new address for me on backend (now they have two accounts for same customer ). When I cancelled my services, they cancelled on new account but silently billing me on Old account. I went to store to make sure all my services are cancelled and they conformed the same, I called Xfinity customer care many times and explained the problem, they raise the Service Requests to cancel all my services but nothing happens on their systems. Eventually they handle it to Debt collectors, I called them and provided the details I have with SR number then after some time Xfinity does the same thing with different Debt Collector. The amount I had with them is very low, I can pay and wash off this headache with this such useless business BUT i want to share this problem so other people won't land into this trap with Xfinity mobile especially when you use Apple Watch on them. Their customer care and stores pay much attention while to provide new services but they give hard time when we are leaving their services. I had minimum 10 calls with their Customer Care and walked into 2 different stores at least 5 times and dealing with 2nd Debt collector now.

    I don’t know how to thank the agent who helped me today. I had been contacting more than 8 different agents for 3 days, for many hours per day, and nobody was able to help. Simple things as sending me my 3 last bills in pdf format, because I couldn’t open regular links as an end user. Please help me thank Breanna Harding. I was desperate because one rude agent from another store told me that It is impossible to fix my issue! Please, once again help me thank Breanna Harding, from Fulshear store.

    This store does not know how to manage customers. For basic things like return they will make you wait for more than 30 min to deal with long question answer sessions with walk in customers. I never had this kind of problem with other stores. They took my information 3 times and every time after pulling my account switched to a different customer. All you need to do is remove a device which is being returned. Even to get a new device at this store it took a while to even get a new device and get activated as the agent was not very competent.
