- SLSharon LynneMar 12, 20252.0They were very disrespectful on me returning a phone that the salesperson wasn't totally honest about.. they also kept my Belkin cord that I laid up on the counter before I realized that I had left it when I got home. I accidentally returned it with the phone by mistake. The manager knew damn well that wasn't their cord to that phone but he didn't say anything he just took it with him to the back. I've been with Verizon for over 13 years in the service gets worse and worse they were absolutely rude and treated me like I was the one that did something wrong.

They told me in store when he was on hospice several months ago and had stage 4 cancer his line would be “free” as a 5th line. What a joke! The guy is dead and my husband and I have been paying for it. King, the manager at the time, was so kind to say I could back anytime and switch out the phone. Blah. What a joke! The manager there today bc I couldn’t reach Verizon and they wouldn’t call me back was rude, Blake. Switching to T-Mobile immediately. I am so dishearted. What a lie!

I came in complaining about the service not enough Internet, no signals I cannot talk in my phone and I brought him the box. Explain it. He kicked me out the store I’m changing the service. I don’t recommend anybody to go there with this attitude and training, poor training. I’m going back to T-Mobile . I’m serious he kicked me out the store he said get out of my store. This company should not be in business and they kicked their own customer out.
