    Man oh man what an embarrassing & horrific customer experience I had with this Verizon location tonight. Let me start off by saying that I have been a Verizon customer for 12 years, and have been going to THIS specific location EXCLUSIVELY for 12 years. I had to literally convince my friend to come to Verizon with me today and join my current plan. I told her Verizon is the best, and that this location is especially great at customer service. I walked in to the store at 6:00 PM Saturday(9/20), hoping to add a new line from AT&T to my current Verizon plan, to switch our AT&T WiFi to Verizon WiFi and upgrade our phones while we were at it. Verizon let both her and I down Completely. From the very beginning, we told the manager Isaiah that we wanted the 512 GB iPhone Pro Max in Deep Blue and the 512 GB Air in Sky Blue. He adamantly assured me that both of those phones were in stock. He said and I quote “we have everything in stock except for the Silver Pro Max”. This was a lie. First, the tablets used to run quotes are painfully slow. We waited almost 45 minutes for the first “quote”. Second, after waiting all of that time, Isaiah then brings us a quote that has the completely incorrect phones on it, with incorrect storage than what we asked for, and basically a quote that was completely wrong and useless. ANOTHER 40 MINUTES GO BY before he finally brings us the new and correct quote, and surprise surprise it’s more much more expensive than the original quote. Third, after we agree on the new more expensive quote he provides us, he FINALLY brings it to our attention that they do not have the iPhone Air in 512 GB, only the 256 GB option. Despite promising otherwise at the beginning when we first walked in. Fourth, after I agreed to take the 256gb iPhone Air instead of the 512 GB option. They said we are “Good to Go” and they will be right back with our new phones to start the transfer process. Isaiah and his team then proceed to take ANOTHER 45 minutes before coming back out and finally telling us the truth. That they had neither the 512 GB Pro Max in stock nor the iPhone Air 512 GB. Just to be clear, it wasn’t until almost 3 hours later (8:45 PM) that he informed us that neither of the phones we wanted were in stock. This was the straw that broke the camels back. We told them that the customer experience was terrible and instead of having the common sense to apologize and feel bad for all of our time they had wasted, All they said was “just to let you know, these promotions are for today only”, as we walked out of the store. I feel embarrassed for singing such high praises for this store and telling my friend how Verizon is so much better. After tonight’s experience, we have decided to switch over to AT&T, and I recommend anyone who reads this review to consider doing the same. They wasted our entire Saturday night with their dishonesty and / or incompetence. It would be hilarious if it wasn’t so pathetic. I will be reaching out to corporate to voice my concerns with their customer service experience, as I also saw another couple complaining about how she had been baited and switched by another sales rep there. They have two Google pages for the same business, which is also against Google rules…
