    Unfortunately, my experience today was really strange and unpleasant. I went into the Lake Worth TX location to upgrade my phone, and then it felt like it turned into a high high-pressure sales event as if I were buying a car at one of the dealerships. I told them that I just wanted to upgrade my personal phone only and the manager then begin to argue with me. He used the term “here’s what I can do for you” He desired for me to upgrade some other devices, and I said I wasn’t interested then I felt like he began to argue with me. Weird! I wish he would’ve just said OK. I definitely didn’t feel listened to at all. I’ve been with Verizon in 28 years and this is the first time that pressured sales has occurred. I’m gonna go over to the Apple Store. Strange morning.

    My bill has been $315 for three lines. My devices were paid for and I financed a new device and my bill didn’t go up, which tells me once my devices were paid for they did not lower my monthly payment accordingly. They use a communication barrier against their consumers and customers to charge more money. I ordered a iPad. They sent the wrong iPad and then forced me to keep it. They said to return it and they played games with the return address. They played games with getting me the device. I actually ordered and they played games with my bill. I will switch from this company and never use them again completely completely unprofessional on every level. They are so poor at communication. I can’t even contact the right department To let them know that they owe me money from overcharging me. It is absolutely absurd on all level’s

    Arrived at 10AM, had gotten replacement phone, needed data transfer, required immediate payment of $30.00. It took until 1:35 PM. They refused me use of the restroom due to "corporate policy" & would not let me leave devices to go across the street to use theirs. While mine were still in transfer mode showing 13 minutes left, which was actually over an hour. So I'm good enough to give you my $$ but not good enough to use your restroom. I've been a Verizon customer for almost 30 years! I hope those who implemented this policy are treated the same way when they are in need as well, BTW there were at least 3 -4 employees there and at no time were there more than 2 other customers in the store.
