Failure to acknowledge I was in the room, 5 minutes, only customer there, 3 employees with their tablets. Once I was spotted, Jesus was distracted and did not assist me or make me feel like my issue was going to be taken care of. I messaged him to follow up with the status of my trade in credit and he never responded. Called Verizon and did what they do best and took care of my credit same day. Sunland Verizon is much better overall.
