    Awesome place and even much more awesome staffs and service. Went there today for the first time and the entire Team was very welcoming, friendly, patient and willingly went significantly above and beyond for me, I am grateful. I did get the lady's name (she welcomed me warmly and quickly checked me in) and Mr. Traiveon Coel who helped me (we went significantly above and beyond for me: helped me port out of my former network and into Xfinity mobile, did the exchange of my wifi modem and set it up for me, answered all my questions and did necessary checks to make sure I am 100% ready before I left). Thanks to the Team, I accomplished everything I desires and truly when I arrived home, my new modem was a simple 'plug and play' event. Thanks guys, grateful

    DO NOT GET MOBILE SERVICE FROM THIS LOCATION!!! The manager will lie about promotions and, once you find out, they won't be able to be retroactively credit your account with the promotion you rightly qualified for when you signed up. My nightmare started Dec 1st. I spoke with Ronnie who was 100% honest about the promo and what we qualified for if we opened a new line with them. We were unable to get the service connected in that initial visit, so we scheduled some time to come back next day. When we did, Ronnie wasn't there but he had taken the time to write out details of the promotion, including what the discount was, what we'd pay starting out, what the payment would be after the initial activation, etc. the day before. So we had the paper with all that information when we returned. We were 'helped' by the manager, who flat out lied and said he didn't know where Ronnie got those numbers because that wasn't a promotion they were running. Long story short, we signed up anyway since we needed to upgrade and we figured the promo wasn't still a thing. We weren't able to get our phones through the store because they don't actually have inventory (they didn't tell us until after we switched service). The phones were mailed to us and one failed to show up. We had to go to a corporate store to fix the issue and what do you know...That promo the manager said he didn't know 'where Ronnie got the info from" was actually a thing. Ronnie was right and so were his numbers. Because my husband's phone was lost and never activated, he was able to get his new phone set up with the promo. The new store tried to retroactively apply mine, but couldn't (which is an entirely different, albeit no less frustrating, story). I'd skip Xfinity altogether for mobile because their system is not equipped for the frontline, in-store staff to do their jobs and serve customers adequately. But if you do decide to go with them, please do not activate anything at this specific location. Outside of Ronnie, they are unhelpful and the manager is straight up dishonest.

    The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER THE DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS THE STAFF TRYS TO CONVINCE ME TO GET A APPLE WATCH WHEN I DIDNT GO THERE FOR THAT I WENT TO UPGRADE ME&MY SON IPHONES HE GOES TO THE BACK TAKE A MIN I HAD TO ASK ANOTHER STAFF TO GO SEE WHATS THE WAIT BC HE DIDNT SAY MUCH TO ME BEFORE GOING TO THE BACK…COME BACK WITH THE APPLE WATCH PRICE INCLUDED WITH THE PHONE UPGRADE PRICES , LIKE HE WORRIED ABOUT ME GETTING THE WATCH MORE THAN THE PHONES HE ASKED WHAT KIND OF CASES WE WANTED FOR THE PHONES & ETC JUST TO LEAVE WITH NOTHING ALL BC I DIDNT GET THE APPLE WATCH TALKING ABOUT ILL HAVE TO GET IT SHIPPED IVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 7plus years & I NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS WITH THEM I ASKED WHAT IPHONES THHEY HAD IN STOCK HE SAID THE SAME IPHONE I WANTED BUT DIFFERENT COLOR & DOWNSIZE THE IPHONE MY SON WANTED NOW I HAVE TO RIDE 30 plus MINS TO THE NEXT XFINITY STORE HOPING THEY HAVE THE PHONES IN STOCK!!!!!

    Their customer service needs to get better at communicating. We wanted to upgrade our phones and he wouldn’t tell us anything about the process, the phones aren’t even in store, it was just a waste and uncomfortable. We left with no solution and are now going to try online because their online staff is always more competent than in store.
