    Shame on this location! Shame! I got my new services on 03/16. I ported over my numbers from a competitor. My plan was to keep my two phones and get home Internet. The sales man tells me congratulations we are going to give you a $1000 trade credit for your s10, I was surprised and baffled since that phone was so old. They also had a bunch of other too good to be true promotions. So, I switched and signed up. He told me that I had 30 days to drop the phone off so I don't lose the credit. Shortly after that I landed in the hospital with sepsis, pneumonia, nocardia, and kidney failure. I was there two weeks. The whole time freaking out about returning this stupid phone because I didn't want my bill to go up $1000.00. I finally recover enough to be discharged from the hospital. The very first thing I do, after getting my meds in order, is go straight to Verizon to drop the phone off. A different sales rep. Tells me that I'm not getting $1,000 credit. Instead they can only give me $22.... Oh? There it is. The salesman lie, the do what ever it takes to get your business tactic....you can tell I'm not happy, but I don't have the energy to fight. He says, you can call customer service and they will be able to apply the credit. So, this guy knows I just got out of the hospital, I look like I just got out of the hospital. I still had my arm band on, and you can see all the places I was connected to machines and where the blood work was done. I looked a mess. I get home, call customer services. They are closed. I get on the chat line. Where the rep tells me we can escalate it, but they are no guarantees. You'll know the results on 04/18. I tell them that is unacceptable, my 30 day satisfaction guarantee ends on 04/16. After that date, Verizon has no reason to honor the promotions. I need resolution now. They say that is the best they can do. Shortly after I receive an email saying, I cancelled the trade in, and if I wanted to still trade my phone to reach out. Wait, a gosh darn min! I didn't cancel it, and now Verizon has my old phone in their possession, and I get a crappy $22 credit!?! So. I go to sleep worried, angry, and feeling awful. I received no sleep last night. First thing as soon as I opened my eyes. I called customer service. After some back and forth. They honor the credit. That's the only reason I have two stars. It should honestly be a one star review. The Verizon store should have honored the original deal done, they should have made sure to get a hold of the proper departments and ensure I received my credit. Instead of taking my phone, giving me a little recipt that says $22. They should have offered customer service after the sale. This store is greedy. Once they suck you in and take your money. They don't care about what happens to you. Shame on you Everhart location for stressing someone out who just a few days ago had a 40% chance of survival. Then you pull this stunt. It's just awful. Verizon customer service on the corporate side and the 611 number is actually amazing, and they are the reason I haven't shown up at your store. You need better customer service after the sale training at your location, oh, that's right, y'all won't do that, because after the sale customer service doesn't make you money. Although that is a golden opportunity to upsell accessories. Especially if the customer is opened up for a $4000 line of credit with your store. Instead, a brush off..... Shame!

    Worst service ever experienced. Spoke to rep saying they had a stock for a screen protector. Got there and waited 30 min in line after verify they had screen protectors. After 30 min they did not have the screen protector I had asked for and verified was in stock. No respect for people's time at all.
