I was sitting out front waiting for my boss to show up when the cops arrived. They searched me and my car and GUESS WHAT.... they never found a phone. Magically, they couldn't access the security camera footage. If I stole a phone, seriously, why would I sit on a bench RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE STORE? The manger is a paranoid overreacting idiot. I immediately closed my personal Verizon account and switched to another carrier because of this interaction

I am appalled by the lack of customer service, empathy and professionalism by the staff here. We went to another national carrier down the street and the difference was night and day. My sister and I are on the same plan, and we've been putting off the upgrade BC it always takes hoouurrss, with pushy salespeople and always leaves us in a terrible mood. Not Yesterday, Kai, our associate was more than helpful, could see our frustration, and made the entire ordeal absolutely painless. We discussed our pets as we did a data switch and he really made our day. We've never left a cell phone store smiling, and all of us were absolutely blown away with kais genuine attitude. Also, as a whole the entire staff was absolutely pleasant and seemed to really enjoy where they were. It really made a difference in our experience, and will be returning for it. Thank you so much Kai for the painless fantastic experience.
