- VGVeronica GrimesJun 23, 20251.0I went to the Verizon store in Kyle, where they told me they were a corporate location and couldn’t help me—so they sent me to the Buda store instead. I got there one minute after closing time, and instead of showing any decency or customer service, the staff slammed the door in my face. I had my phone and trade-in ready, and they just refused to help. The level of rudeness was appalling. One employee, a young guy with a shaved head and oversized clothes, and another young Hispanic guy, were both disrespectful, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. It was clear they didn’t care at all about customers or doing their jobs. After this experience, I would never recommend Verizon to anyone. Ever. This isn’t just bad service—it’s disrespect on another level. If this is how they treat loyal customers, they don’t deserve your business. Both of those employees should seriously be reconsidered for their roles. Total disgrace.
