    Do you want to be able to speak to a person? Well Xfinity is not for you. The only official number I can find is an automated system and it hangs up on me as I'm requesting to speak to an agent about some account information. I'm going to cancel my service in part due to this, but also because I've had several multi hour service interruptions this month and in others - I've never had such unstable internet, but whatever they've been "doing in my area" is clearly screwing things up and I can't even speak to someone to figure out what it is. As a customer paying for your services I have a right to know what's going on with the service I pay for. Walling that off with a system that hangs up on people is a spectacular discourtesy to your customers. Perhaps I wouldn't be cancelling If an agent could have had the opportunity to do damage control but your bot system prevented that. Congratulations on saving money with the bot, it's costing you customers!

    I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The staff were extremely rude and dismissive, showing no interest in helping customers. Simple questions were met with short, unhelpful answers and an attitude that made me feel unwelcome. I expected at least basic courtesy and professionalism from a branded Xfinity partner store, but unfortunately that was not the case here. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

    I do not recommend this location! I have been an Xfinity customer for over 5 years and I have only been to this store twice! Both times I was treated very badly! Other customers were even worse. I was ready to buy a phone, but I left angry with my wife and daughter and ordered it online and paid for it to be delivered to my house (with the same company because customer service is better on the phone than in person). They should reinstate all (Hispanic) staff at that store. 0/100 👎No recomiendo Esté Lugar! Tratan muy mal al personal hispano! Recomiendo cualquier locacioón menos está, Estaban tratando mal a todos hay! Los que se suponen que tienen que estar con una sonriza atendiendo a los demas... ! La verda queria comprar un telefono hiba dispuesto a comprar algo de 400$ & algun forro y protector de 50$ pero con muchas gente hay me dijo groseramente delante de mi esposa e hija con mucha gente en la tienda ! NO PUEDO AYUDARTE Agarra uno barato de 80$ 😒 es decir el dinero no es problema el problema es su forma de tratar a los clientes, yo tambien hago servicio al cliente, pero men si no te gusta tu trabajo consigue otro, no te fastidies con el mundo! Oh y cuidado porque si es sierto que suelen meterles cosas extras a los servicios que agarras la ves pasada que vine tambien me trataron mal 2 veces! Y asta 4 meses despues me di cuenta que me estaban cobrando 20$ extras de lo normal!! Tuve que llamar para preguntar que quien diablos es eliza o meliza porque solo me aparecia que yo le estaba pagando el telefono mensualmente ! Eso me molesto mucho! Pero ahora que lo pienso fue despues de ir a esta misma Locacion ! Cuidado Familia, revicen la aplicacion de Xfinity para que vean si todo esta bien (especialmente antes de venir aquí a dar su social segurity number & fecha porque con eso pienso que me hicieron esa mala jugada & la verda fue mala esperiencia!)
