My experience with app agent Imran was SUPERB. I highly recommend & appreciate all the assistance from the agent when I used the Xfinity app. BUT my in store experience was beyond pathetic. The Xfinity retail store associate KNOWINGLY, PURPOSEFULLY & WILLFULLY gave me a cable box that HE KNEW HE HAD NOT ACTIVATED when he gave me the cable box. After I left the Xfinity store, I then worked 10 hours on my job so I was not able to set up my cable box until AFTER I got off from work. When I tried to setup my cable box at home, the messages I got during setup was that the cable box was NOT LINKED to any Xfinity account. I had to use my Xfinity mobile app support & give the agent the serial number to cable box in order to activate the cable box. WHICH MEANS that store associate knew FULL WELL that he had not properly processed the cable box to my Xfinity account. I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with being COMPLETELY MOCKED by your store associate. I vividly remember him laughing & making jokes when he gave me the cable box & as I left the store because he knew what he had & had not done & he found it amusing to treat me as he did.

This location is terrible, went in a month ago to order wireless boxes and have them shipped directly to me. They swore the order was placed and I would receive them within a couple weeks but a month later I find out the order was never placed. Their customer service is so bad I would give 0 stars if I could. They will straight up look you in the face and lie to you without hesitation.
