    I had a fantastic experience thanks to Landon N. (Employee ID: 24124). Landon was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I felt taken care of.     There have been a few techs that have come out to assist with issues in our internet connection, however, none as good or helpful as Landon N. He demonstrated knowlege in his job, dedication to solving the issue instead of just brushing it off. He stayed for as long as needed in order to complete the task at hand to the best of his abilities and ensured that the internet was up and functioning correctly. He was professional, courteous, and really kind. My sister and I really appreciated his time amd efforts of going above and beyond! Thank you kindly!

    I had an outstanding experience with Astound Broadband technicians Reginald and Landon today. They arrived on time, were extremely professional, and took the time to explain everything they were doing in a clear and patient way. My internet issue had been frustrating me for days, but they diagnosed the problem quickly, walked me through what was causing it, and fixed it thoroughly. They also made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. Both Reginald and Landon were courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting things right. It’s rare to get this level of service these days, and they truly went above and beyond. Astound is lucky to have them on the team—I couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend!

    Landon arrived as a new technician from Astound and delivered truly top-notch service. What was initially expected to be a brief 30-minute visit turned into a far more complex situation. Rather than leaving both the main house and the cottage without internet and Wi-Fi service, Landon remained committed to resolving the issue. He demonstrated exceptional perseverance by making the necessary phone calls, patiently explaining each step, and walking us through the process while diligently working toward a solution. We cannot say enough positive things about Landon. Should we need assistance in the future, we sincerely hope he is the technician assigned. A well-deserved 10 stars!

    I had a very disappointing experience with Astound Broadband. I experienced multiple service outages, including a significant outage lasting from the evening of 10/27 into the next day, which severely impacted my ability to work from home. During the outage, support was unable to provide a clear ETA, and I had to rely on my mobile phone hotspot to continue working. I ultimately cancelled the service due to reliability issues. Despite this, I was billed for the final month and had to spend a considerable amount of time chatting with support and a supervisor to dispute the charges. While Astound acknowledged the outage and applied a very small credit, they refused to reasonably adjust the final bill or offer a meaningful resolution. What was most frustrating was the process itself: no written dispute channel (email), no case or reference numbers, and a strong reliance on internal “policy” rather than customer impact. The experience felt unnecessarily difficult and dismissive. Based on reliability issues and poor handling of billing disputes, I would not recommend Astound to anyone who depends on stable internet for work.
