    Every single day this week my internet has gone down for more than 4 hours. Yesterday it was down for 8. I don't know what's going on with you people but this is not how you provide service. If I didn't have to have you because you're the only place that services where I live I would not. It is the worst service and the worst customer service ever.

    I don’t have Astound as my internet service, but tonight, Nov 20th, I locked my keys in my car at a 711 and an Astound internet service employee arrived to get gas and gave me a door bag kit to be able to retrieve my keys. Whoever it was, your an angel and a life saver!

    The worst ever forever… no lo recomiendo, suben el precio hasta $30 después de que uno compra un servicio mensual por $50 Ya la factura sale en $80 sin previo aviso , y lo peor, Cada rato se cae el servicio, hay que estar llamando para que hagan los mantenimientos requeridos y el internet vuelva . Es por eso que los voy a cambiar , es un dolor de cabeza .

    Absolutely the worst ISP I've ever had. In the past 6 months we had an outage for 11 days, and now for 7 days. Does that seem reasonable? Everytime I call, I get different, conflicting information and promises that are never kept (just a callback even!) To make it worse they have a complete monopoly on this area, so I think they just don't care if they fix it or not. If you have any other option, take it.

    I had cable from different providers for the last 30 or 35 years and this by far was the worst experience .I was forced to use Astound service because of the association with the condominium… every month I would experience a technical difficulty that would be blamed on a car hitting a pole or other circumstances… You can’t do business you can’t rely on your cable provider, so disappointing, horrible customer service that doesn’t pick up no credit and then they just on the right without even notifying you. Thank God for StarNet. Also, thank God for T-Mobile now or you can go 5G service from other providers they won’t be slaves to such crappy customer service.
