    Landon went above and beyond, he ensured that all my equipment was up to date and working properly. I was so worried about my work from home set up and he made it so seamless. Answered all my questions entirely. Extremely knowledgeable on trouble shooting. Quickly resolved the issues and ensured I understood every step of the way. He was timely, kind, and worked diligently. I would recommend him to anyone any day! Thank you Landon!

    I was experiencing internet service issues and thankfully Landon was able to get my WiFi back up and running! He took his time to explain what may have been causing the issue as well as giving me a few tips on how I can troubleshoot in case I were to have issues again the future. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and understanding of the need to get my internet working again. I’m not sure if you can request a technician but I’d highly recommend Landon!

    I was required to use Astound through my apartment complex, and initially everything was great - fiber internet, good pricing, and a helpful representative. They encouraged us to set up autopay, but then quietly increased our rates every billing cycle. I had a basic 600mbps plan and ended up paying $60-70/ month, which is way too high for that speed. When I moved out in February 2026 to a location they don't service, the cancellation process was a nightmare. My last day in the apartment was February 24th, and on the 7th I tried to cancel through their chat and by contacting my rep. They told me I had to call their customer service line, where I waited over 30 minutes without getting connected. As someone who works full-time, I couldn't stay on hold any long. When I finally got through, they claimed that since a new billing cycle had started, I'm responsible for paying an entire month for a location I don't even live in anymore. I asked to speak with a supervisor to get this waived since I moved out and attempted to cancel before the cycle started, but apparently their policy allows for NO exceptions. On top of all that, they want me to somehow return their equipment to an apartment I no longer have access to, equipment that will just end up being used by the next tenant anyway since Astound has exclusive coverage there. Horrible customer service and abusive policies designed to squeeze every last penny out of you when you try to cancel. Do NOT use them if you have any other choice.

    Moussa did an excellent job. He was very respectful, polite, and efficient from the moment he arrived. He quickly got everything set up smoothly. I also appreciated his attention to detail—when he noticed shoes by the entrance and saw that I wasn’t wearing any, he immediately took his shoes off without being asked. That level of courtesy and professionalism really stood out. Overall, a very helpful and pleasant technician. Highly recommend Moussa! 👍

    My wife and I had our wifi/internet go out so I called Astound to see if there was a wifi outage in our area. Everything was fine. I reset the modem and my wifi worked for awhile and lost connection. I scheduled an appointment which was something I never had to do. Astound has always been reliable with no issues of any kind. Great product for a reasonable price. I left Verizon to come to Astound because Astound was affordable and Verizon continued to go up on their prices. My service technician, Landon, came to my address as scheduled. Landon was very professional and courteous when he introduced himself. Landon took his shoes off and got right to work. The problem was literally resolved in 5 minutes. What impressed me most about Landon was his professionalism. Landon showed me how to reboot my modem and check to see if the modem was running correctly. The guy who originally installed my equipment was good but Landon actually took the time to educate me on the product he was representing. For a young individual, I would guess Landon was under the age of 25, I could tell Landon took pride in his job. I could tell his parents raised him right. Hats off to Landon's parents for doing such an awesome job. Now I fill knowledgeable about the equipment I have in my home. Thank you Landon for providing excellent customer service. Thank you Landon for representing Astound and yourself in a professional manner. Landon left me a call number where he could be reached if I had any further questions about my internet service. Astound is lucky to have an employee like Landon. Landon definitely gets the job done. Landon was the best. Thank you for what you do. Sincerely, Customer for life.
