    We went into the Oak Ridge TN. We met Lyndsea she is the Asst Mgr. She was amazing, she really knows the ins and outs of the business. Lindsey made sure everything was set up and working properly. I would give her a 100+. Keep up the fantastic work.

    I recently visited the Xfinity location off Illinois Avenue in Oak Ridge, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we walked in, the entire team made us feel welcome and valued. Devin, the manager, runs a tight ship professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain every option available and made sure we understood exactly what we were getting, without any pressure. Jacori was equally outstanding friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on helping our family find what worked best for us. It’s rare these days to find people who truly care about customer experience, but this team went above and beyond. They catered to our family’s needs, answered all our questions, and made what can often be a frustrating process feel easy and straightforward. I noticed some of the older reviews online aren’t great, but those clearly seem to reference the call center experience not this store. The in-person service here is top-notch and completely different. If you’re in the Oak Ridge area and need anything Xfinity-related, I highly recommend stopping by this specific location. You’ll be treated with respect, honesty, and real customer care.

    Worst company EVER. After asking if we wanted a promotional I Pad and us saying NO….while we were still on the phone with them they sent a Fed Ex notification to get it! We called them out on it and they said they “misunderstood” total LIE. Then they said it had to be shipped out and for us to refuse the package. After refusing it WE ARE STILL dealing with it months later. The most DECEITFUL company that I have ever known. We are now going to the FCC over it and possibly seeking law advice. Do yourself a favor and SHOP ELSEWHERE!

    DO NOT SHOP HERE! Went in to ask questions about upgrading to an iPhone 17. The employee couldn't get her laptop to show the price I would need to pay upfront with a trade in. I told her I'd come back tomorrow as it had already been 30 minutes of me waiting. On my way home I recieved emails and texts saying thank you for upgrading to premium unlimited ($10 more) I am completely dumb founded. I did not sign an agreement for anything! I almost drove off the road trying to read what had happened! What a cowardly move for her to make a profit off of a complete lie and cause me distress and confusion while DRIVING! I switched my plan back to what it was before through the app but now I have to wait until the next billing cycle and pay extra until it switched BACK. Let me just say I will definitely be back tomorrow and it won't be for an upgrade phone.
