We tried to schedule at Oak Ridge but no local # to call, tried website to schedule but all dates are grayed out. So anyyone at Xfinity care to really help? I will drop it off ay Oak Ridge anyway and if they refuse to accept the equipment I'll take that as just that Xfinity does not want it baack. But if you really do then you know where to come get it. Call First , I am not easting anymore time. Add Xfinity to Best Buy as American stores that you cannot talk to by phone anymore.
