The manager at this store is extremely unprofessional - from the way she handles customers to the way she deals with her own staff. I won’t go into details here, but I strongly advising people to visit another store. I have worked MANY retail jobs and neither the manager nor employees I dealt with would have lasted a day. And it’s no wonder the employees are able to perform as they do given the poor manager example set.

I just needed to drop off the old cable box after they sent us the new upgraded one and had to check in and wait for a good 20-30 mins just to give it to someone and leave... The only reason I chose this option instead of printing the label and packaging it/ mailing it back was because i don't have a printer. Surely, they could include a box and label with the replacement to ship the old one back and be so much more efficient for everyone...
