    Rick was amazing, Verizon not so much. So many issues with Verizon customer service/finance team. I spent over 24 hours, in total on the phone with reps and another 4 hours in the store with Rick attempting to get my issues taken care of. Overall, I don't feel like Verizon gives a crap about their customers and only about the bottom line. I've never seen a company worse than comcast when it comes to customer service, but congrats Verizon, you have managed to do so. Unfortunately, I'm still a Verizon customer but will quickly be moving my business elsewhere. Prices keep going up and service keeps going down. When I had Verizon home internet, I got screwed over with a promotion where I try the home internet, I get a $150 Visa card, so I switched my service to Verizon...after much back and forth, I NEVER received my gift card, so once again, moved away from Verizon to another company. I highly recommend that you DO NOT use Verizon services for anything. Better prices and better customer service can be found elsewhere. And until people start stepping up and realizing that Verizon does not have a monopoly on cell phone service and there are other companies that are more affordable and more customer friendly, Verizon will continue to line the pockets of their corporate staff.

    Don't go to this place for help. They won't do anything. An employee named Ryan is very uncaring, he shouldn't be in customer service.

    Seth sat with me on the phone with support until my issue was completely resolved. He knows his stuff and is friendly about it. Wasn't a customer of Verizon before but I am now and will be in the future!
