0 stars - we switched companies and I've been calling for weeks to get our final itemized bill and Xfinity is refusing to send it. They claim they "don't have authorization" to send it but can see it on their end. I asked them to email, mail, print, screen shot, etc. nope they can't do ANY of them. They asked me to just give them my credit card information over the phone and pay it ourself but our new company is paying them off. But we need the final bill to pay them off... I guess we will just not be paying it or contacting BBB one or the other! We've spoken to maybe 10 associates at Xfinity and no one will help. Stay away from xfinity!

I swapped out a bag broken internet box, that was great 👍 nice guy fast super. I then asked about getting a phone and plan , The help was terrible, all they guys were talking, watching the game😝 ignoring a customer, told me phones over there , no help at all none . I walked around 30 minutes looking and thinking well is anyone interested in selling me anything, so I left and got a phone unlocked from Best buy and a us mobile plan , you all lost out. Your place is a Terrible place to look, low inventory too for a large store , real sad .

My roommate had a phone plan already through xfinity and I wanted a new phone so we decided to get one last week. We did have some trouble setting up the new service, but Louie was very helpful and informative on what we needed to do. I came in today to get the phone activated and Don and Dominique were extremely helpful. Dominique even went out of his way to put my screen protector on my phone and take the stickers off my old iPhone and put on my new iPhone for me. The customer service was amazing and I would 100% recommend this team to anybody else.

I sign a 2‑year Xfinity Business contract 6 months ago. On the sales call I ask about closing early if my shop fails. The rep says it is fine if the business closes. No fee.
My shop closes after six months. I call to cancel. Xfinity charges me $600 as an early end fee.
I share this so owners know the risk. The contract sets a fee when you end early. I did not know that at the time. I asked about it and was told I was safe if the business shuts.
I ask Xfinity to remove the fee based on what I was told. The answer is no.
My view: this sets false hope for small shops. Get every promise in writing before you sign. Ask about early end fees and how they work.
I ask Xfinity to fix this and train sales to give clear terms. I want a full credit of the fee and a clean account close.
